Paddy takes on FPL
My second post on my Teams are my Irish team, so for it I decided not to use the term "Taking a look at" - I decided since, it's about Ireland and Irish, I would use the term Paddy takes on FPL and see how this article goes.
Yes, it is all about my Irish XV, to take on the World of FPL and try to do the best that they can. I got the idea from Who Got the Assist FPL when they came up with the All England Team. So, we decided to create an All Ireland Team, encompassing both North and South of the two Countries on the island of Ireland.

Taking a look at the Financial Fair Players
Welcome to our review of our Financial Fair Players side, which we will take a look at every four or so weeks at a time, unless something like a major injury comes up. Since we last checked in with the Financial Fair Players, it has been a little bit up and down for the side. GW5 and GW7 seen a fall in ranking, whereas GW6 and GW8 has seen a rise. We hope to make going forward, the team more secure.
Let's take a look over our side and see what transfers, changes in general we need to make.

West Ham and Leicester City show why they are top six contenders
West Ham may have drew to AFC Bournemouth in a hard fought game on Saturday, but their early season form has been something to certainly take notice of. While Leicester City performed like a "mini Manchester City' as they demolished Newcastle United and left the Toon Army reeling. They both showed exactly why everyone is looking towards them to break into the top six over the likes of Wolves and Everton.

Tottenham and Wolves get back to winning ways.
Have we gone back to 2018/19 because Wolves have won their first game of the season and Matt Doherty has scored a goal. Tottenham also got back to winning ways, even if Hugo Lloris thought he was Johan Cruyff and Danny Ings took advantage of that. It was a real throw back to the good times at Wolves.

Looking at dropping my Wildcard
It is getting to the point of the season, where things for my team are going well with five out of six green arrows, but I could always strive for better. I could always make my team more competitive against the rest of the Fantasy World. Thus, this article is looking at my team and how I am going to keep climbing the overall rankings.

Manchester City are BACK!
Manchester City shown over the weekend that they can pick themselves up for a surprise defeat last weekend to Norwich City, to simply devour Watford FC this weekend. They started the scoring just 30 seconds into the "contest" thanks to David Silva and well, the avalanche of goals kept coming from there on in.

Is there such as thing as a European Hangover?
So the Champions League and Europa Cup group stages kick off this week prior to GW6. Here’s a glance at Man City, Liverpool, Spurs and Arsenal’s form following Champions League and Europa Cup Group Stage participation last season. I didn’t feel that Chelsea and Man Utd were worth including in this article due to the sheer amount of changes at both clubs since last season.

Let's take a look at some of the strikers who are sub 7.1 million for GW6 going forward. Tottenham and Chelsea show us prospects
The headlines from these two matches are that Chelsea show us that you can win things with youth. Then on the other side, Tottenham showed us that after a good heart to heart with their manager for about an hour, that they can get it done, they just needed a good "sit down".

International Break Preparing for Game Week 5
In my experience having played FPL for 6 seasons now I believe the International break not only allows the professional EPL footballers to take stock of the season thus far but the many millions of FPL Managers need to re assess how their teams are doing.

Let's take a look over our side and see what transfers, changes in general we need to make.

1960-61 Fantasy First Division All-Star Team
The Introduction
I've compiled a hypothetical Fantasy First Division All-Star Team for the 1960-61 campaign.
Obviously, the complete data wasn't available so I was forced to improvise. In terms of assists, I've made educated guesses, based both on extrapolation of the modern FPL assist records and on the number of team goals scored by the sides in question during the 1960-61 league run. In terms of bonus points, it was more or less the same. In terms of the appearances, some data was available and whenever it was, I've mentioned it in the write-up below.
